The Mi-35 M attack helicopter, the Mi-24 gunship's export version, was developed by the Mil Moscow Helicopter Plant and was manufactured in Russia from 2005. The aircraft was exported to Azerbaijan, Brazil, Iraq and Venezuela alongside serving in the Russian military.
